Use caution when purchasing from Boston Prober there customers service people are very scripted.
I tried to explain that we are in unprecedented times and I have been email customer service sense 6/1/2020 and calling with not connection
That is why my return is beyond the 30 window.
She didn't get it she just kept repeating her self I ask to speak to a supervisor she wouldn't let me talk to one. Now I am expected to pay the shipping and handling no sense of ownership.
No compassion, no understanding.
Very unhappy customers
I received today dress that was used and smelled horribly and didn't have any tags! I paid over $100! It is a rip-off company. Please don't use!

Only order from this terrible company if you want to wait THREE MONTHS for ONE item! The clothes are mostly horrendous. I ordered only 2 items from them in 5 years. The first was an ugly dark blue dress that took three months to arrive. By the time it came I had put back my previous weight I lost so of course it didnt fit. Second item I ordered was a jacket last February. After waiting WEEKS for the jacket (I recieve my Revolve orders THREE DAYS after placing my order!) I phone Boston UN-Proper and they tell me I should receive the ONE item end of June! I tell her GREAT! The jacket will arrive JUST IN TIME FOR LAS VEGAS' 115 DEGREE SUMMER! Look, they are a terrible company as the reviews prove, the clothes are very plain, unattractive but $$$$$. Wonder what druggy is running this loser business. Please don't support unprofessional businesses like this that take severe advantage of peoples money and time. You can get WONDERFUL customer service, INSANELY COOL AND ATTRACTIVE clothing at the same price from REVOLVE and actually get to RECEIVE your order before you forgot all about it as it was half a year ago after placing order. I will NEVER give my money, and I have a LOT of it, but NEVER to this stupid, silly wannabe business.
This company is awful. They are NOT honest and have deleted a previous negative reviews on their site. When I placed an order, the item was returnable. When I received the item, it became NON returnable. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM BOSTON PROPER
I purchased an. Outfit
Not a week later after delivery they put it on 20% off and would not credit me the difference.
Every store in the world does that.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
NOT REPUTABLE.
The clothes are badly made, the seams are not always straight and they really don't fit. The material is coarse and in general just stay away.
The worst part? You HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN AND A RESTOCKING FEE AND THEY DO NOT EVEN REFUND THE ENTIRE TAX.
I just spoke with their customer service, maybe in Scotland when I called to make inquiries about the shortfall in the return credit and that is what I was told.

I have reached out to Boston Proper three (3) times regarding a broken pair of pearl earrings. No one has ever followed up. Terrible customer service.
I will never use Boston Proper. This has happen twice to me. First time had this same situation and was ok and thought I would try again. I was trying to purchase 3 items from Boston Proper via After pay which is like a way to purchase items and pay off like a layaway through after pay. When I went through the process, I didn't realize that after pay doesn't work on ipads so after I thought I sent this to be paid through after pay and wasn't, I called within 10 minutes after booking and ask for a cancellation due to this issue and a refund. This was on a Saturday (again I called to cxl within 10 minutes of placing order). Boston Proper told me that it is only a authorization on my account, it WAS NOT just a authorization but a charge of the full amount of $290 and the customer service person said it would take 3 business days for that charge authorization of $290 (which is taken out of my chase account less money I can use) still 5 business days still sitting in chase account as a charge of $290 and still waiting for that charge to drop out of my account in the mean time I have lost $290 out of my account and its like my account is being hostage away me. I called boston proper on my cell, I asked to speak to a supervisor, it took me 9 times calling and 8 times being told I was being transferred to a supervisor when each time they would disconnect. On 9th try I did finally get a supervisor and they advised me they would send this issue to their technical support department and would take another 24-48 hours to hear back on why this $290 charge is not falling off my account so I can have back my $290 back into my account. I will never use them again! Very pissed at this moment!
Horrible waiting on mesealy 40$ refund since April called countless time asked for manger always told none available. Boston proper you lost a long time customer hope your vendors see your negative reviews and who ever is in charge needs to look at cc dept...
I shop often at Boston Proper and have not ever been disappointed in their sizing or value for the money. Their items are so pretty! I recently accidentally ordered two of the same item and I found out, by phone, just before they were delivered. Since I spoke with an agent about my mistake, she immediately offered to send me a return slip for the extra item. Excellent service!
I order everything online now. I made over 2 dozen purchases a month and a half ago. ALL my items arrived in a timely fashion EXCEPT for my stuff from BP. When I realized I had ordered said items from them, rather than Venus, like I thought I hit myself in the forehead because the LAST time I ordered a simple, ugly dress from them it took over THREE MONTHS FOR IT TO ARRIVE! They said it was on back order. The dress was so ugly it was for a costume. I highly doubt a dress like that would EVER be on back order! And that brings us to today. Just called them asking when my simple denim jacket was going to arrive and they said sometime in July. After ordering they said it would be here by March 26th. Were now on April 26th and they said no jacket until it hits 115 degrees here in Vegas. I am NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS SILLY, S L O W COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
Horrible company! Still have not received my return! After almost one month, I am still trying to get my money refunded from a return order. I had to fight to get the Fed ex label and I'm told FedEx has not returned the item although it's been over three weeks. I spoke to the rude customer service person over a week ago who confirmed after she argued with me that the order just arrived that day. I'm told as of today they still do not have the order. In the meantime, I heard chickens and roosters in the background. I question the credibility of this company and I Highly recommend you shop elsewhere. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. There are many other retail stores to choose from. Please stay clear of this company. I will continue to keep you updated on my return if I ever get my money back.

I called FedEx, the carrier they used, and they did not have a clue. I called customer service and they told me I need to wait another 11 days more to see what happened. Of course all this in a rude tone. This agent has no desire of helping me. I have the same experience with another company, Betabrand, and they took care of the issue right away. If you have an issue with your order do not expect much from them.
